We are currently licensed in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, and Colorado. We are also willing to apply for new licenses in areas needed for contracted projects. We are also EPA lead certified for any properties built before 1978.

Our commercial projects range from franchise build outs to recreational spaces across the nation. We have completed retail stores, massage parlors, fitness centers, fast food restaurants, and university student communities as well as apartment complexes.

Does Cline Construction perform the work internally or do you hire subcontractors and specialty trades?

Cline Construction has long standing relationships with vetted and insured specialty contractors. We provide management for projects by having an on-site foreman to coordinate subcontractors and manage quality of work, a dedicated project manager to oversee scheduling and finances, and a purchasing coordinator to ensure all materials are onsite when needed.
